NGRAVE was stuck in a generic start-up aesthetic. They were preaching tech and features and lost market share even though they're the most secure wallet and have an average secured value of $130k in assets per user.
I analysed what they were doing and were lacking. So I went for a bold approach with confident claims they could easily back with superb tech. With a focus on aspiration and lifestyle instead of the product we went all-in on an unweathered feeling of security and peace of mind.
